At Griffinfurniture, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original protective packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For oversized items, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the package from your doorstep, or provide a prepaid label for smaller decor items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
